We are working with a rapidly growing software company that is looking to appoint a Chief People Officer to lead its people strategy through the next stage of growth. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution. The company is scaling quickly, and the Chief People Officer will play a key role in building the organisational structure, leadership capability, culture, and talent infrastructure needed to support continued expansion. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a high-growth technology or software environment and will be comfortable operating as a trusted partner to the CEO, executive team, and wider leadership group.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a people strategy aligned with the company’s commercial objectives and growth plans.
- Partnering closely with the CEO and executive team on organisational design, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Building scalable HR processes, systems, and policies across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, learning and development, employee engagement, and retention.
- Leading and developing the HR and talent teams, ensuring they are equipped to support a fast-moving software business.
Requirements:
