Senior Project Manager (Oracle FlexCube) - RELOCATION TO SAUDI ARABIA

IF YOU ARE

• A professional Project Manager with 5+ years of experience, with a working background within the banking sector.
• Proven in managing large technology programs and leading delivery for banking systems.
• Expertise in Oracle FlexCube, having managed end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects using this core banking system.
• Knowledgeable with full life cycle project management.
• Adept at building fruitful cooperation with customers and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, including setting, managing, and meeting expectations.
• Ready to follow and enhance existing processes for improved project outcomes.
• Efficient at working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English (upper-intermediate or higher proficiency).

AND YOU WANT TO

• Work full-time from Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
• Implement and manage the deployment of Oracle FlexCube across banking institutions while ensuring that all stages of the project lifecycle are successfully executed.
• Work in an organization where the Project Manager is empowered to make decisions and accountable for the project's scope, budget, schedule, risks, people (line management), communication, quality, resources, contracts, stakeholders, and integration management.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders from the customer’s side.
• Take high ownership and accountability for your work.
• Work with a modern technological stack.
• Cooperate with an experienced leadership team, including onsite teammates, with full support from the delivery organization.
