IF YOU ARE

• A seasoned expert with 5+ years of experience using DES Simulation software, preferably AnyLogic or FlexSIM
• Educated in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, and excited about continuous learning
• Skilled at designing and conducting experiments and \’what-if\’ scenarios to deliver actionable insight
• Experienced with discrete event simulation using Python (libraries such as SimPy, PySim, Simulus, and optimization libraries like PySci)
• Experienced with Agent-Based Modelling using Python, leveraging libraries such as MESA or AgentPy
• Proficient in translating simulation results into business strategies that drive efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence
• Familiar with advanced mathematical solvers like cuOpt, Gurobi, or CPLEX
• Knowledgeable about emerging technologies such as Digital Twins, the Industrial Metaverse, and their applications in solving real-world challenges
• Experienced in integrating simulation models with live operational data to create adaptive and real-time solutions
• Passionate about exploring and mastering cutting-edge platforms like NVIDIA Omniverse to elevate simulation capabilities
• A confident communicator, fluent in English, skilled in presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
