The partner marketing manager is the liaison between the SoftServe Marketing team and one of our major technology partners (Google, AWS, Microsoft, NVIDIA), helping align our marketing plans with the partner's market focus areas. You are a people person who loves to connect and get to know new stakeholders and build relationships while also insisting on high standards in developing and executing comprehensive joint-marketing plans.
You will establish strong relationships across several strategic segments within our partner, which will enable you to help SoftServe's stakeholders reach key partner stakeholders to run impactful partner marketing programs as part of our integrated campaigns. You are naturally organized and passionate about synthesizing and reprioritizing clear action items out of multiple conversations with our stakeholders internally or from our partners.
Aligned to SoftServe’s culture, this role is unafraid of challenges, very collaborative, and congenial in working with multiple functions across the organization.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Assisting SoftServe Sales and Business Development peers with mapping our partner's key seller contacts and building relationships within and for strategic market segments
- Establishing a communication cadence with peers at SoftServe's partner
- Developing a comprehensive joint-marketing plan involving our partner through core integrated campaigns, including high-value content and events
- Managing marketing co-investments with SoftServe's partner and leading proposals to SoftServe or partner leadership
- Supporting the SoftServe events team in planning and executing flagship partner events, such as Google Cloud NEXT
- Collaborating with field marketers to ensure partner integration in campaigns
- Maintaining and sharing the partner marketing activity calendar with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing progress and results presentations for SoftServe and partner leadership teams
- Overseeing the utilization and management of Partner MDF (Market Development Funds)
Experience Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or project management (experience within the IT partner ecosystem is a plus)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to ensure the SoftServe team has the necessary marketing resources and information to succeed
- Capable of working independently and in ambiguity, among changing priorities
- Deadline-driven and able to manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines
