IF YOU ARE
- A seasoned expert with 3+ years of experience using DES Simulation software, preferably AnyLogic or FlexSIM
- Educated in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, and excited about continuous learning
- Skilled at designing and conducting experiments and \’what-if\’ scenarios to deliver actionable insight
- Experienced with discrete event simulation using Python, leveraging libraries such as SimPy, PySim, Simulus, and optimization libraries like PySci
- Accustomed to Agent-Based Modelling using Python, leveraging libraries such as MESA or AgentPy
- Proficient in translating simulation results into business strategies that drive efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence
- Familiar with advanced mathematical solvers like cuOpt, Gurobi, or CPLEX
- Knowledgeable about emerging technologies such as Digital Twins, the Industrial Metaverse, and their applications in solving real-world challenges
- Versed in integrating simulation models with live operational data to create adaptive and real-time solutions
- Passionate about exploring and mastering cutting-edge platforms like NVIDIA Omniverse to elevate simulation capabilities
- A confident communicator, fluent in English, skilled in presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
