A payment domain professional with 5+ years of experience, combining strong industry expertise with product management, and hands-on delivering digital payment solutions and consulting engagements.
- Skilled in process analysis and structured problem-solving, including benchmarking, applying industry best practices, mapping dependencies, prioritising initiatives, and identifying risks and assumptions.
- Experienced in payments ecosystem (B2C and B2B), with a strong understanding of key industry participants: payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard), issuers, acquirers, payment service providers (PSPs), gateways, and emerging payment models.
- Knowledgeable of core payments capabilities and processes, including merchant onboarding, payment methods and transaction flows, dispute and chargeback management, settlement and reconciliation, fraud and risk management, and regulatory considerations (ETA, Nacha, SWIFT, PCI DSS, SEPA).
- Adept at creating high-quality consulting assets, such as points of view, assessments, recommendations, playbooks, and domain overview presentations.
- A strong communicator in English (C1) who can tailor messages effectively for subject-matter experts, managers, and C-level stakeholders.
- A trusted-advisor mindset holder capable of quickly building credibility, listening first, and keeping discussions focused on outcomes and business value.
- Knowledgeable of data governance and privacy principles and disciplined in handling sensitive client information.
- Experienced working with e-commerce merchants, payment gateway integrations, and settlement and reconciliation processes (as an advantage).
