Our Sales team is looking for an exceptional Business Development Executive to join our global community of talented experts. You will be able to establish strategic business relationships with new clients, while driving client satisfaction, maximise revenue results for SoftServe and function as an integral part of the Business Development team while supporting all current go-to-market strategies.
YOU ARE
- A sales leader with proven track record of closing $4M to $10M+ in ISV software development/digital services per year.
- An expert with a degree (Master’s is a plus).
- Experienced with custom application development, IT consulting, eCommerce, Big Data, or digital services in new client accounts.
- Experienced in Financial Services/Retail/Healthcare sector.
- Skilled in all aspects of consultative sales and business development including prospecting, initiation, deal qualification, closure, and customer satisfaction.
- An adept in opening new accounts and building high quality relationships versus taking a transactional approach.
- Familiar with varied services across business development and delivery functions in a complex, highly matrixed, and professional services company.
- Connected with different verticals and have a network to promote SoftServe’s capabilities.
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
- Achieving assigned quota within a given territory by selling SoftServe’s portfolio of professional services and software development offerings.
- Maintaining pipeline progress and forecast accuracy, and opportunity progression.
- Validating/identifying and building relationships with all key individuals within a client’s organisation.
- Driving contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners as appropriate.
TOGETHER WE WILL
- Drive SoftServe’s sales process and methodologies, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Engagement Management, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery and Account Management) to effectively close new client deals.
- Participate and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Build a territory and account plan for the given fiscal year, leveraging existing pipeline, targeted account planning, prospecting efforts, and marketing initiatives.
- Present SoftServe’s value propositions and offerings to prospects and new clients.
