  • Experienced with 10+ years of applying Lean methodologies to transform IT companies and optimize organizational processes
  • Skilled in collaborating with executive and C-level stakeholders, driving alignment on strategic goals, and delivering impactful results
  • Knowledgeable in Lean principles such as value stream mapping, waste reduction, continuous improvement, and organizational agility
  • A proven leader in large-scale organizational transformations, especially in enterprise-level environments, with a focus on increasing operational efficiency and scalability
  • Experienced in leading large cross-functional teams of 70+ people, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and successful delivery of complex initiatives
  • Adept at navigating fast-changing environments, maintaining focus and adaptability under dynamic circumstances
  • Equipped with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing at all levels of an organization
  • A data-driven decision-maker who can evaluate key metrics to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Passionate about Lean methodologies and their potential to shape modern IT organizations
