The Lead-to-Cash Director drives the transformation and optimization of sales-related business processes within the revenue organization. This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives and seamless integration of Lead-to-Cash processes across CRM and enterprise platforms within the SoftServe application landscape.

IF YOU ARE

  • An experienced Business Process Architect, Process Owner, or Sales Operations Manager with a strong focus on platform migrations and CRM/ERP ecosystems.
  • Highly knowledgeable in sales cycles, customer journeys, and cross-functional touchpoints across the Lead-to-Cash process.
  • Bringing at least 5 years of leadership experience managing complex platform migrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Salesforce).
  • Skilled in business process management and modeling tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart), and familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
  • An advanced user of Microsoft Dynamics (Azure/Fabric stack) and/or Salesforce and/or SAP; Asana certification is required or willingness to obtain it prior to assignment start.
  • Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder management at senior levels.
  • Holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experienced in business process customization and digital transformation, covering both design and execution phases.
  • Certified in at least one of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, Power Platform Consultant, SAP S/4HANA (Sales), Salesforce Sales Cloud, Six Sigma Black Belt, or TOGAF.
  • Coming from a Big Four consulting background (preferred).
  • Fluent in Business English (C1–C2); German and Spanish are a strong advantage.

AND YOU WANT

  • Analyze, design, and implement improvements across sales processes, including opportunity management, client development, partnerships, and sales operations.
  • Ensure close collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Delivery, HR, and other cross-divisional stakeholders.
  • Model and optimize value-driven business processes, assessing the impact of technology and innovative contracting models.
  • Align Lead-to-Cash processes with organizational strategy, identifying and removing barriers to value creation.
  • Implement, govern, and continuously improve processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive process documentation and deliver structured training to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Partner closely with CRM and IT teams to integrate business processes with current and emerging technologies.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs to measure process effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
