SoftServe’s Enterprise Solutions Lead (ESL) is a key consulting role that drives enterprise product development, digital strategy, and solution architecture for financial services industry (FSI) clients. As a trusted advisor, you will lead engagements from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring impactful business and technology solutions that align with industry regulations and best practices.

We are seeking a mature business professional in the Financial Services domain who has hands-on experience in driving Digital Transformation initiatives and has a vision on how technology will disrupt and enable global Financial Services. Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and lead digital transformation strategies for enterprises
- Identify ways to maximize business value
- Advise CXOs and board members on their transformation journeys
- Facilitate conversations and workshops with credibility and insight
- Lead advisory services and process/technology consulting across a broad set of Financial services domains
- Lead teams and develop proposals for RFP/RFI processes and pre-sales activities, including presenting solutions to senior stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams and engagement programs targeting enterprise CXOs, cloud providers, and other technology partners, to advise, deepen relationships, and accelerate strategic networks
- Identify transformation opportunities through close collaboration with core clients
- Deliver large-scale, complex Financial Services digital transformation projects, including the design, implementation, deployment, and evaluation of digital solutions
- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions
- Lead project and development teams, and manage client relationships to ensure successful project delivery
- Drive deal shaping, solutioning, and commercial architecture for digital transformation programs
- Collaborate with account executives and industry leads to identify whitespace and upsell opportunities
- Support sales motions with thought leadership, client POVs, and solution demos
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability across discovery, design, MVPs, and scaled rollout. Ensure alignment with KPIs, client success metrics, and transformation ROI. Manage risk, change, and stakeholder alignment in cross-functional programs.
- Translate business needs into composable digital solutions and industry platforms
- Focus on measurable client outcomes—cost reduction, CX uplift, time-to-market, or compliance efficiency
- Support business case development and success tracking for transformation initiatives.
Preferred Competencies & Experience
- Proven experience in digital Financial Services consulting, with a consulting or industry background in Financial Services (preferably within Retail Banking, Insurance, or Fintech (Payments, Embedded Finance)).
- Broad experience and understanding of end-to-end Financial Services operations, with deep expertise in several of the areas mentioned: Customer Onboarding (KYC, AML), Digital Core, Risk & Compliance, Enterprise Finance, and Internal Controls.
- Experience in transformation of different business models – B2B, B2C, BaaS; building omnichannel experience; familiar with key regulations in the domain and how they impact business capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with the design and implementation of any digital solutions (core systems, any supplementary systems).
- Strong understanding of cutting-edge technologies that are set to play a key role in the digitalization of Financial services, such as AI/ML, generative and agentic AI, cloud technology, and big data.
- Experience with the custom software development process and lifecycle, working in technical and development teams.
- Prior experience at a Tier-1 management consulting firm is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor\’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
