Within the Digital Transformation business unit, our team of experienced Strategic Change Managers delivers strategies that accelerate and sustain business outcomes. We drive the adoption and utilization of digital tools, platforms, and processes to realize value for our clients.

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced in change management consulting and engagements in a highly matrixed client-facing environment for 4+ years
  • A trusted advisor to a client and business development teams
  • Proficient in the application of business change management theories
  • Passionate for technology, its positive influences on workplace development and employee experience
  • A critical and analytical thinker who accepts out-of-the-box solutions
  • Autonomous, highly flexible, and willing to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experienced in Microsoft technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Familiar with transformation programs
  • Competent in independent strategic & analytical thinking, developing bespoke and tailored change management and adoption strategies
  • Effectively deliver IT training
