Our ideal candidate is an experienced Change Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of change management initiatives for our clients, helping them navigate complex organizational transformations.

This role involves developing tailored change management strategies, conducting impact assessments, and designing organizational operating models. Additionally, it requires expertise in managing digital adoption and implementing effective training programs to facilitate successful change. The focus is on enabling clients to achieve their transformation goals through structured planning, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption of new processes and technologies.

YOU ARE

someone with

  • 5 + years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation, ideally within a consulting environment;
  • Extensive experience in workshop facilitation;
  • Good understanding of concept of a business case and return of investment;
  • Experience in highly complex transformation initiatives with AI;
  • Proven experience in accelerating adoption through digital adoption tools & platforms, such as Trailhead, WalkMe, Whatfix etc.;
  • Experience delivering multiple Platform Implementations (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP);
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent);
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale change initiatives, including process, technology, or organizational change;
  • Experience working with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to drive change across complex organizations;
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation projects or digital change initiatives;
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to grow the consultancy’s change management practice and build a legacy of success;
  • Experience with Digital Adoptions tools required (Whatfix, WalkMe, Pendo, Agentforce, SAP EnableNOW);
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to design change strategies that align with business goals and ensure successful outcomes;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills clearly articulate complex concepts to different audiences and create compelling messaging;
  • Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels of an organization, ensuring alignment and support throughout the change journey;
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams, balancing competing priorities, and delivering projects on time and within scope;
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment, with the flexibility to adjust plans and strategies to meet changing client needs;
  • Proficiency in using data to track progress, measure success, and inform decisions related to change management strategies and tactics;
  • Experience in business development and presales activities within a consultancy environment.

  • Developing & Executing Change Management Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for digital transformation and platform adoption initiatives. Utilize AI and advanced tools to collect data-driven insights that support smoother transitions across the organization.
  • Change Impact Assessments: Conduct detailed assessments to understand the impact of changes on business processes, people, and systems. This includes evaluating how the changes will affect different areas and what is required to mitigate disruptions.
  • Organizational Readiness Evaluation: Assess the organization\’s readiness for change and ensure necessary actions (such as communication, training, and process adjustments) are implemented to prepare employees for the transition.
  • Driving Innovation & Best Practices: Encourage a culture of innovation by promoting the adoption of best practices across the organization. Continuously look for ways to improve and optimize change management processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the client organization. Understand their needs, concerns, and expectations to ensure ongoing alignment and reduce resistance.
  • Executing Communication Plans: Design and implement communication strategies that provide clear and consistent messaging around the change initiatives. Ensure that stakeholders are kept informed at every stage of the process.
  • Ongoing Stakeholder Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on the progress of change initiatives, using data to report on key metrics such as engagement, adoption, and productivity.

Training & Adoption Support

  • Customized Training Programs: Utilize AI-driven learning platforms to create personalized training programs based on individual learning styles. Implement engaging methods like gamified learning experiences to enhance the effectiveness of the training process.
  • Tracking & Reporting on Training Effectiveness: Measure the success of training programs by tracking employee engagement, progress, and feedback. Identify areas where additional support is needed to ensure successful adoption and a smooth transition.
  • Utilizing Digital Adoption Tools: Leverage advanced tools to monitor and report on change adoption metrics, providing real-time insights into employee engagement and the effectiveness of new processes and technologies.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitoring Change Effectiveness (KPIs): Track the effectiveness of change initiatives by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee engagement, productivity, and overall adoption rates. Use these insights to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving future change initiatives.
  • Real-Time Analytics & Reporting: Utilize advanced digital tools to provide real-time analytics on how well new processes and technologies are being adopted. This helps in identifying potential bottlenecks and adjusting the strategy accordingly.
  • Continuous Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from employees, stakeholders, and data to continuously refine and optimize the change management approach. Use lessons learned to improve the effectiveness of future projects.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentoring & Leading Change Managers/Analysts: Provide leadership and mentorship to Change Managers and Change Analysts both during client engagements and within the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as IT, HR, and Operations) to ensure that change initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned with overall organizational objectives.

Pre-Sales Activities

  • Contributing to Pre-Sales: Participate in pre-sales activities by understanding client needs, contributing to proposals, and offering insights into how the organization’s change management approach can address client challenges. This role also supports revenue generation by aligning change management services with client objectives.
