The Leadership Development Program Architect / Designer is responsible for designing and architecting flagship leadership programs for VP, SVP, and Executive levels (including High-Potential acceleration program and Commercial Academy). This role translates business strategy into actionable, measurable leadership experiences and ensures alignment with the organization’s leadership philosophy.

IF YOU ARE

  • A seasoned L&D, talent management, or executive education professional with 15+ years of experience
  • Experienced in designing leadership development programs for VP/SVP/Executive levels
  • Skilled at working with and influencing senior leaders across the CEE (Central & Eastern Europe) region
  • Comfortable operating across both internal program design and external consulting environments

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Design end-to-end leadership development journeys, including modules, coaching, action learning, and reinforcement
  • Integrate multiple learning modalities – workshops, simulations, peer learning, coaching, and experiential learning
  • Build scalable program foundations that can be cascaded to managers and directors
  • Define clear learning objectives, success criteria, and differentiation across leadership levels
  • Partner with SMEs and external providers for content development and validation
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, CPO, Leadership Team, business leaders, and Strategic HRBPs to align program goals
  • Advise senior leaders on learning interventions, faculty involvement, and program participation
  • Act as a thought leader in leadership development and organizational capability building
  • Select and manage external facilitators, coaches, and partners to ensure strong value/quality balance
  • Leverage internal L&D capabilities for effective and efficient program delivery
  • Prepare internal faculty and ensure consistency with program philosophy
