SoftServe is seeking enthusiastic Business Development Representatives to elevate our presence and identify early-stage opportunities within the UK public sector and the European Union. This role emphasizes proactive engagement - building relationships and positioning SoftServe as a trusted partner ahead of formal procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Qualify Opportunities: Research and pinpoint potential opportunities where SoftServe can offer value, ensuring alignment with our services and capabilities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts across UK government departments and EU institutions.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in face-to-face and virtual meetings to understand client needs, effectively communicating how SoftServe's solutions can address these requirements.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to showcase SoftServe’s capabilities, references, and case studies, ensuring we are well-positioned during pre-market discussions.
  • Leverage Frameworks: Utilize SoftServe’s presence on key frameworks and DPS contracts (e.g., G-Cloud 14, DOS 6, AI, Cyber Security, Space & Geospatial, EU ProServ DPS) to drive engagement.
