The Integration Management Office (IMO) team is responsible for the seamless integration of acquired businesses into SoftServe. As the central hub for integration efforts, the team designs and executes comprehensive integration programs, ensuring alignment across all functions. The team collaborates closely with senior SoftServe leaders and fosters cross-functional engagement to drive successful acquisitions and long-term business growth.
IF YOU ARE
- Experienced in M&A integration for at least 5 years, including organizational change management
- Strong in project management and process design
- Skilled in cross-functional team building and leadership
- Equipped with clear critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- An effective influencer, capable of uniting and leading colleagues towards optimal outcomes
- A self-starter who sets goals and manages multiple priorities
- Proficient in building a Center of Excellence (COE) around acquisition integrations
- An effective communicator and presenter, both verbally and in writing
- Fluent in English for communication in a multilingual environment
- Experienced in IT services or technology fields (as a plus)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Design and execute SoftServe’s integration program for new acquisitions
- Develop integration process maps, governance, and engagement models
- Build integration playbooks for relevant work streams
- Assess the tools, templates, checklists, and other project accelerators to be deployed on future acquisition integrations
- Capture lessons learned and implement a culture of continuous improvement to enhance the integration process
- Cultivate a performance incentive model for integration participants in cooperation with the HR department
- Identify and staff cross-functional SME/workstream project teams, defining role responsibilities
- Work with workstream SMEs to develop integration plans pre-close and coordinate execution post-close for each SoftServe acquisition
- Manage project deliverables and timelines
- Coordinate interdependencies between workstreams for prioritized and sequenced activities
- Escalate issues and propose resolutions to ensure quick resolution
- Identify and evaluate transaction integration risks, and develop mitigations before the deal closing
- Manage the value capture reporting process, including KPI development, monitoring, and reporting
