Softools works with global manufacturers to replace spreadsheets and manual processes with secure, scalable business applications. Many of our enterprise clients have already digitised key processes with us. Now we’re looking for someone to help us expand further inside those same organisations. This is not a cold new-business role.
This is about:
- Identifying new process digitisation opportunities
- Building relationships across new departments
- Turning successful use cases into wider platform adoption
- Driving structured, consultative expansion sales
You’ll work alongside Customer Success, focusing purely on unlocking additional value within existing enterprise clients.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–8 years in B2B SaaS / enterprise sales / account growth
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder organisations
- Commercial mindset and structured pipeline management
- Confident running discovery and value-based conversations
Bonus if you understand manufacturing based environments (Quality, Operations, Supply Chain).
