Job Description:
- Dynamics 365 Certified Consultant, having worked as Business Analyst
- Good experience in CRM within leading Banking organisation
- Define and communicate the product vision and stakeholder alignment.
- Translate business goals into a clear vision and roadmap, continuously engage stakeholders and the development team, and make decisions to keep the product on track toward desired outcomes.
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog. Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, ordered by value and risk, and ready for development.
- Make tradeâoff decisions to maximise product value and adjust priorities based on feedback and changing business needs.
- Leading and/or participating in discovery analysis meetings with the client to understand current business processes that need to be incorporated into Dynamics CRM.
- Expert in writing User stories with elaborate definition of done.
- Conducting GAP analyses to determine difference between application and business processes.
- Providing a demonstration of software and solution to prospects or at customer events.
- Gathering system and software requirements and documentation of Product backlog/User stories.
- Creating documentation to define workflow and requirements.
- Identifying creative solutions for processes that arenât fully accomplished by standard Dynamics CRM processing.
- Working with the client to understand legacy data components and identifying and documenting the appropriate location for such data in Dynamics CRM.
- Designing, architecting and implementing integrations and migrations between Dynamics CRM and a variety of products.
- Training users in a handsâon methodology.
- Providing onâgoing support to end users, assisting with troubleâshooting or additional training via email, phone or site visits.
- Maintaining and expanding client relationships through delivery of highâquality services.
- Provide expert advice on the CRM Dynamics supported features and Banking domain.
- Ability to work efficiently with offshore Agile team members.
- Ability to share knowledge and train lower level staff.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Desire to learn and grow.
- Should be flexible and adaptable to work under tight timelines.
