We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Factory (ADF) Architect to provide consulting and advisory services on ADF pipeline design, implementation, and optimization. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient data integration solutions that align with business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and architecture of ADF pipelines, ensuring API integration, security, and performance best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ADF solutions
- Optimize ADF pipelines for operational efficiency and maintainability
- Provide expert guidance on ADF troubleshooting and continuous improvement strategies
- Mentor development teams on secure, scalable, and best-practice implementations
- Ensure compliance with enterprise-level security and governance standards
Required Qualifications:
- Azure Data Factory Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with ADF pipeline design, data flows, and integration runtime configuration
- ETL/ELT & Integration: Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and integration with external systems via REST APIs
- Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and scripting for data automation
- Architecture & DevOps: Deep knowledge of cloud data architectures, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure DevOps, ARM templates, or Terraform
