Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects for USA & UK clients . The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and experience working with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects on time
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources
Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and design teams
Communicate with USA & UK clients to understand requirements
Monitor project progress and ensure quality deliverables
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum methodologies
Maintain project documentation and reporting
Required Skills
Strong experience in technical project management (8–10 years)
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience working with international clients (USA/UK)
Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Technical background in Java / Python / Web Development
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
PMP / Scrum certification is a plus
Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech / B.E / MCA / MBA or related field
Experience handling remote/global teams is an advantage
