We are currently looking for highly motivated engineering students to intern at a fast paced, internationally growing organization with a start‑up culture. In this role, you will participate in a wide range of consulting projects including the design, analysis and optimization of turbomachinery components. This training internship is for a 6‑month period, full‑time (40 hours per week) and paid. Trainee will be offered a permanent position based on performance evaluations made upon completion of the internship period.

Responsibilities
- Support global team on all steps of the turbomachinery design and analysis process
- Develop test cases and perform validation on aero‑thermodynamic and mechanical studies using in‑house software AxSTREAM and AxCYCLE for design, analysis and optimization of turbines, pumps and compressors as well as cycles
- Write technical publications based on internal results and improve existing documents
- Attend onsite/online training classes to sharpen turbomachinery fundamental skills and improve the software
- Participate at conferences and trade shows and animate technical webinars
- Develop and deliver software demonstrations to prospect and current clients
Required Qualifications
- Masters in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related science
- Recent graduates with GPA > 3.3 and strong interest in compressors/pumps
- Strong theoretical background in turbomachinery principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer
- Ability to pay attention to details and strong organization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related science
- Experience with in‑house software like AxSTREAM/AxCYCLE
