We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented specialist to support our team with tender processing, documentation preparation, and submission management across European, UK, and US markets. This role is focused on working with tender platforms, analyzing procurement documentation, preparing submission packages, and ensuring all tender requirements are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, structured, fast-learning, and comfortable working with large volumes of documentation and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Search and monitor tender opportunities on procurement platforms across Europe, the UK, and the US
- Register and maintain company profiles on tender platforms
- Analyze tender requirements and procurement documentation
- Identify key qualification criteria and required submission materials
- Prepare, structure, and organize tender documentation packages
- Coordinate document collection internally with relevant stakeholders
- Submit tender applications through procurement platforms
- Track submission deadlines and maintain tender status records
- Work with templates, compliance documents, forms, declarations, and supporting materials
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all submitted documentation
- Experience working with tenders, procurement documentation, bids, or administrative documentation
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to quickly understand and process complex documentation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools
