Project Manager / PMO – Financial Services
You will be involved in major transformation programs for leading banking and financial institutions, supporting them in the successful delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives.

We are looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager / PMO to join a leading financial institution in the London area. This is a permanent opportunity ideal for someone with solid experience in data-driven transformation projects within the banking or financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Oversee the planning and execution of regulatory and data governance projects

Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Track project KPIs, manage risk logs, and produce executive-level reporting

Support data lineage, quality, and governance initiatives
-
Engage with internal stakeholders, including Business, Risk, Compliance, and IT
-
Ensure adherence to internal project management frameworks and best practices
-
Required Skills & Experience
-
4+ years’ experience in Project Management or PMO roles, ideally in the banking/financial sector
-
Strong background in Data Management , Data Lineage , or regulatory reporting projects
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Proficient in project planning and coordination, with attention to detail
-
Tools: JIRA , Confluence , MS Project , Excel , Power BI
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
-
Experience in regulatory environments (e.g., BCBS 239, Basel, GDPR, etc.)
-
Prince2, PMP or Agile/Scrum certification
