- Responsibilities
- Administration: monitors, reviews, and manages Dell EMC PowerEdge servers. Manages and reviews log files. Isolates and troubleshoots incidents. Opens service requests on behalf of the Customer. Participates in root cause analysis review.
- Change Management: performs firmware/driver management assistance and collaboration. Recommends procedure changes that result in operational optimization.
