This is an exciting opportunity to start as a Cyber Managed Services sales engineer team lead in our Cyber Security Services Team. This business unit is one of the fastest growing in Softcat in recent years and a key focus for our business and clients.
In this role you will be responsible for the sales engineers delivering growth of Softcat's Managed Cyber Services, working with customers and sales teams to deliver a successful service and assisting sales.
As Cyber Sales Engineer Team Lead, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of Sales Engineers
- Representing the Cyber Services Team in all regions
- Being the SME for Cyber Services to both internal and external customers
- Promote collaboration between sales and services
- Running joint client calls with the Specialist and Sales teams
We'd love you to have:
- In-depth knowledge of Cyber services
- In-depth Microsoft Sentinel knowledge
- Experience with Security technologies
- Experience working in a busy environment handling multiple work
- An appetite to learn, develop and progress in this role.
