We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support two critical digital workstreams: modernization and ongoing optimization of our customer platform UI & UX, focusing initially on our eCommerce platform, website, and the development and maintenance of our multi-service customer portal. The ideal candidate should have a software development mindset for gathering requirements, understanding the impact of changes across infrastructure and applications, and ensuring comprehensive documentation. A strong background in digital systems, platforms, and portals, along with analytical skills and stakeholder management, is essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements for UI and UX changes.
- Collaborating with the Ecommerce Platform Owner, UI/UX Lead, and developers to plan and implement changes.
- Working with developers to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements to improve performance.
- Coordinating with IT, commercial teams, and external partners to align business strategy and capabilities.
- Assessing the impact of new features on business and customers, supporting prioritization and decision-making.
We'd love you to have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital systems, ecommerce, or cloud platforms.
- Certifications such as BCS Foundation Certificate, International Diploma, ECBA, or CBAP are preferred.
- An appreciation for the digital customer journey.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Experience working in agile environments, translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting UAT.
- Proficiency with Jira is a plus.
