Join our Public Sector Sales Support team. There are 40 members of the Public-Sector Sales Support team, covering a variety of accounts managers, verticals, vendors and Partner Alliance. The team has experience in dealing with all Public Sector verticals. You will also be working alongside the Public Sector Partner Alliance Team based in Softcat's Manchester and Leeds offices, responsible for managing relationships with Softcat's specialist Public Sector partners.

As a Support Executive, you will be working as an integral member of an energetic and ambitious sales support team. The role will involve supporting the team in a wide range of sales and back office activities.

As Partner Experience Support Executive, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices for our Partner Alliance team within NetSuite.
  • Being responsive and taking autonomy of all queries that come into the Entry/Invoicing inbox.
  • Organising the workflow of Partner Alliance invoicing services and liaising with the relevant departments (Credit control, Finance etc) until payment is complete.

What we need from you:

  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet expectations for fast turn-around times.
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve results.
