Join our Logistics Operations Team. The Logistics Operations Team plays a vital role within our Business Operations Division, mirroring the impressive growth the company has experienced in recent times. This expansion reflects not only the team's increasing responsibilities but also their importance to the business.

Your Role

As a Logistics Operations Executive, you will undertake a combination of office-based administrative duties and practical tasks within the warehouse dispatch area. Success in this role requires adaptability and confidence working in both environments. Full training will be provided to support your development in these areas. We are looking for a proactive individual who demonstrates enthusiasm for learning and professional growth.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing general assistance to the warehouse manager, covering both warehousing responsibilities and administrative support as required.
  • Managing shared inboxes via Microsoft Outlook, dealing with a range of requests and queries.
  • Supporting the Sales Teams in the preparation of quotes for all collection and delivery requirements.
  • Arranging collections and deliveries to ensure the effective movement of goods.
  • Efficiently managing delivery line orders to ensure seamless support of business operations.
  • Carrying out regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensuring all compliance documentation for logistics is completed, provided, and correctly filed for each order.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and finance, to facilitate seamless order fulfilment and maintain alignment with business processes.
  • Participating in logistics-related projects and offering support to the wider team as needed.
  • Delivering ad-hoc administrative assistance to the broader team, ensuring the efficient operation of the department.

We'd love you to have:

  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Shows a willingness to take a hands-on approach and work diligently to achieve team objectives.
  • Possess basic IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Confident in communicating with colleagues, partners, and customers.
  • Displays a positive attitude towards learning and is ready to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Hardworking and conscientious approach to work.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute positively as a member of a busy team.
