Join our Commercial Sales Operations team. Our Commercial Sales Operations team is responsible for supporting customer engagement, improving commercial awareness across Softcat sales, helping to identify and manage commercial risk whilst increasing win rate and maximising profit. We’re an internal and external facing team, working with many different Softcat departments and senior stakeholders, customers, partners, vendors, and distributors.

As Commercial Sales Ops Coordinator you will be a key member in driving the continued successful delivery of outcomes both internally and for customers. You will be joining the team to act as a key support for the most senior members. You will be supporting day to day management of capacity and tasks as well as supporting the planning and execution of longer term projects. The role is currently internally facing for the scope to expand into supporting customer facing engagements going forward.

As Commercial Sales Ops Coordinator you'll be responsible for:

  • Ongoing organisation of projects and tasks, using tools such as Planner.
  • Requesting information from stakeholders to support projects or tasks.
  • Understanding and balancing capacity when managing commitments/deadlines.
  • Engaging with the wider commercials sales operations team to identify and drive process improvement.
  • Managing the input of data to track relevant approvals and other relevant processes.
