From managing diaries and emails to orchestrating key events and maintaining essential communications, your role is pivotal in supporting their goals and our company's success.

Responsibilities
- Inbox and Diary Maestro: Oversee incoming emails, manage meeting requests, prepare correspondence, and keep the schedules of our Chief Technology Officer, Technology Director and Services Operations Director in perfect harmony.
- Meeting Maven: Manage team meeting agendas for Tech & Services, take actions, follow up on deadlines, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
- Event Organiser Extraordinaire: Plan and execute quarterly team socials for your Executives and support with the annual Kick Off event.
- Conference Conductor: Support vendor conferences with meticulous travel arrangements, meeting schedules and seamless stakeholder communication.
- Project Powerhouse: Coordinate strategy offsite days including venue finding, agenda management, catering and on‑site logistics.
- Travel Guru: Book travel and accommodation in the UK and internationally, preparing detailed itineraries and adhering to our travel & expenses policy.
- Presentation Perfectionist: Design and deliver high‑impact presentations that captivate and inform audiences.
- Communications Champion: Engage with key stakeholders through articulate and effective verbal and written communication.
- Bonus Coordinator: Handle sensitive information and ensure team bonuses are processed smoothly and on time.
- Expense Wizard: Submit expenses efficiently and accurately.
- Support Prodigy: Take calls and messages for the EA team and Executives, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Provide holiday cover for the EA team as and when required.
