Experteer Overview As Master Data Management Platform Owner, you will lead the strategy, evolution, and reliability of key MDM platforms to meet business needs.
You'll bridge business operations, product strategy, and technical implementation to ensure platform value and alignment with objectives.
You'll address data governance, optimization, and AI-enabled enhancements within the platform.
You work with cross-functional teams to maintain availability, performance, and security at scale.

- Develop and maintain the platform strategy and roadmap, including business case, high-level use cases, ROI, and alignment with priorities
- Monitor platform updates and industry trends to anticipate business impact

- Act as platform subject matter expert to guide optimization, performance, and innovation, including AI within the ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with enterprise MDM platforms (Clued In, Informatica, Profisee)
- Proven track record implementing and operating MDM across multiple data domains (customer, product, vendor, sales, employee)
- Deep understanding of MDM concepts: data matching, merging, survivorship, hierarchy management, golden record creation
- Excellent communicator with proven cross-team collaboration
- Strong grasp of cloud-native MDM and integration within a modern data platform architecture
