Nurturing Talent, Driving Innovation
The Learning & DevelopmentManager, reporting to the Head of L&D, leads the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of Early Careers programmes, including Induction, Onboarding, Apprenticeships, Internships, and Work Experience.
As a Learning & Development Manager, you\’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the Early CareersTeam as the strategic point of contact, overseeing programmes such as Induction, Onboarding, Apprenticeships, Internships, and Work Experience
- Managing and developing a team of L&D Consultants and Coordinators, setting objectives, mentoring, and supporting programme delivery
- Collaboratingcross-functionally with People & Property and IT to ensure seamless onboarding and development experiences
- Overseeing communications, reporting, and content management for Early Careers programmes, including LMS updates and training facilitation
- Supporting the Head of L&D with budget oversight and measuring the impact of learning investments
- Driving continuous improvement through coaching, stakeholder engagement, external partnerships, and strategic L&D initiatives
