The Cloud Billing team is expanding in response to the growing shift towards consumption-based models for cloud software and services, where customer billing is generated monthly based on actual usage. As part of the wider Finance function, the team plays a critical role in producing accurate and timely invoices for our rapidly growing Cloud & Consumption business.

Your Role

As a Cloud Billing Analyst, you will play a key role in managing the billing processes for our multi-vendor cloud and consumption services. You\’ll work with large volumes of data, gain a deep understanding of a wide range of vendor products, and ensure billing accuracy through detailed analysis and collaboration across teams.

In this role, you’ll also be the go‑to person for sales teams and customers, helping them navigate and understand their billing information. No two days are the same—you’ll balance day‑to‑day billing operations, data analysis, and customer support, making a real impact on both our team and our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyse data from cloud and subscription vendors to support monthly billing cycles and inform operational decisions.
• Provide billing support to account managers and internal stakeholders via ServiceNow, including resolving issues and occasionally participating in customer calls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Accounts Payable, and Account Collections to ensure seamless billing operations.
• Contribute to projects focused on improving and streamlining billing processes.

What We Need From You

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in issue investigation and root cause analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Proactive approach with accountability for billing responsibilities.
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills, comfortable working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Oracle NetSuite, or similar systems (preferred).
• Enthusiasm for thriving in a fast‑paced, growing technology business with evolving opportunities.
