Experteer Overview As Senior FinOps Analyst, you help enterprise clients maximise cloud value through FinOps practices. You act as a trusted advisor, drive FinOps adoption, and lead improvements across the service. You use leading tooling to surface cost insights, report to stakeholders, and mentor junior team members. The role sits in the Asset Intelligence/Services Intelligence domain and focuses on scaling FinOps maturity for multiple customers.

- Serve as FinOps SME within Softcat and set long-term customer goals
- Develop and drive strategies to expand FinOps adoption across organizations
- Leverage cloud management tooling and FinOps data to optimise spend
- Provide detailed cost visibility reports to client stakeholders
- Deliver break/fix support for cloud management tools via ServiceNow
- Continuously improve FinOps processes, identify improvements and stay current with trends
- Drive service evolution and proactively identify efficiency opportunities
- Lead 1-to-1s with team members and mentor junior staff
- Extensive FinOps knowledge
- FinOps Practitioner Certification required
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Certifications: AZ900, AWS Practitioner; AZ104 and AWS Solutions Architect desired
- Extensive experience in multi-cloud cost optimisation
- Experience with cloud cost management tooling (CloudHealth, Cloudability, Flexera, and native tools)
- Ability to build relationships with multiple enterprise stakeholders
- Proactive problem solving and mentoring of juniors
