Position: Applications Analyst (Operations & Engineering)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in application support.
Job Purpose: As an Applications Analyst (O&E), you will be responsible for maintaining our application support environment, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operational performance. You'll collaborate with internal teams, lead small-scale projects, and support key systems used across our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the application support environment and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Lead small-scale projects related to application support, customization, and integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience with strong background in application support.
- Proven experience in application customization, integration, and implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of IT risk, security, and continuity management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with O&E applications PI Systeme, PTWPMS, Kelton, AMS Suite, or similar tools used in the Oil & Gas sector.
