Here are just a few of the things youll be getting up to: Setting up your store team for success by ensuring morning meetings are taking place and making sure everyone is on the same page for the days ahead Ensuring our value, roll out the red carpet, is maintained at all times by keeping the store merchandised according to guidelines Working alongside the Regional Managers to create changes to improve the business and keep ahead of our competition Supporting on-going personal development through setting clear and achievable goals Monitoring and analysing your teams key performance indicators to highlight any areas that need your focus Assessing individual performance through observation to ensure you are aware of any skills gaps within your team so you can build robust plans to enhance performance and behaviours strategically Utilising your continued knowledge of products to support your other team members, always sharing best practice and training the team Leading the team to ensure our people values, processes and standards are met Ensuring you and your team are getting involved in business initiatives and sharing your knowledge on company platforms Keeping your team up to date with changes happening within Sofology Managing the stores profit
