Your new role as a retail sales advisor involves being fun, engaging, and having a 'can do' attitude. You will influence through your passion and think on your feet. You'll coach, train, and develop those around you, ensuring that customers are at the heart of every decision we make and have a great experience with Sofology.

A day in the life of...

  • Guiding our customers to their dream sofa.
  • Showing designs & styles available for recommendations if your customer is unsure of what they are looking for.
  • Offering the best customer experience & creating a fun environment where everyone feels at home.
  • Putting together wish lists for customers who are not ready to buy the same day, keeping in touch to offer expert advice to help find that perfect choice.
  • General housekeeping, cleaning, and furniture moves may be required.
  • Completing customer orders via an Apple iPad & completing finance applications.
