Your new role
As the CRO & Personalisation Executive at Sofology, you will support the CRO & Personalisation Manager in improving and optimising our online customer journey. You will assist in identifying opportunities for conversion optimisation, contribute to the development and implementation of personalisation strategies, and help execute A/B and multivariate testing. Your support will aim to achieve measurable growth in sales and engagement by ensuring a seamless, engaging, and efficient customer experience through data-driven insights. This role supports the CRO, personalisation, analytics, and customer experience functions.

As a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and Personalisation Assistant , you will…
Assist in developing and executing the CRO and Personalisation strategy, with a focus on our Bloomreach platform.
Support in-depth analysis of website performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Content Square and Bloomreach analytics to identify areas for optimisation.
Help in the ideation, prioritisation, and deliver the implementation of A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methods.
Collaborate with UX, Digital Design, Development, and Marketing teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Support in the monitoring and reporting on the performance of CRO initiatives, communicating results and learnings to stakeholders.
Conduct user research, including surveys, user interviews, and usability testing.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in CRO and eCommerce.
Assist in collaborating with customer service and Omnichannel teams to understand pain points and implement on-site solutions.
Help champion a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation within the digital team.

You will have the following experience…
Some foundational experience or a keen interest in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and Personalisation, ideally within an eCommerce or retail environment.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify basic trends, and contribute to actionable insights.
Familiarity with or a willingness to learn A/B testing platforms and methodologies
Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4) and user behaviour analytics tools (e.g. Content Square).
An understanding of eCommerce platforms, with some exposure to Bloomreach being desirable.
An understanding of basic UX principles and user psychology i.e. how they influence customer behaviour.
Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to support multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and improve the customer experience.
