Our Content Deliverables Assistant is a key player in rolling out the red carpet for our in-store experience. You will be the go-to expert ensuring our store teams always have the most engaging, accurate, and beautifully produced reference materials at their fingertips and making sure everything lands in-store just when it's needed.
By powering our Sofologists with the best tools to showcase our products, you help make every customer's journey feel effortless and enjoyable. Thanks to your work, customers get to experience the look, feel, and story behind each Sofology piece, making that big sofa decision feel like a breeze.
A day in the life of a Content Deliverables Assistant includes:
- Receiving, producing and dispatching of reference materials to our stores and internal departments as required
- Working closely with the Buying & Product Operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials
- Ensuring the accuracy of materials received from suppliers prior to and whilst being sent out
- Upkeep and accuracy of the relevant trackers for reference materials
- Dealing with requests from colleagues for reference materials
- Controlling and managing stock levels of reference materials, including ordering additional as/when required from suppliers
- Assisting the Buying & Product Operations teams where possible with additional tasks as required
