As a Central Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of customer orders, financial transactions, and stock management. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, troubleshooting issues and ensuring all operational processes run efficiently. Your role will be vital in maintaining accuracy in order management, financial reconciliation, and reporting to support the business in delivering outstanding customer service.
A day in the life of:
- Reviewing and actioning order updates to ensure all data is 100% accurate.
- Investigating discrepancies in stock levels and making necessary adjustments.
- Processing refunds, chargebacks, and reconciling financial records to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborating with our Trade and Customer Care teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitoring supplier and finance portals to mitigate data mismatches and ensure seamless order processing.
- Generating daily reports to support different business functions, including customer insights, stock discrepancies, and financial reconciliation.
- Identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to drive operational efficiency.
