Job Description
Sofive Soccer Centers is a rapidly growing business that is developing soccer centers – modern sport complexes with small-sided soccer fields.
The Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sofive Soccer facility while ensuring that customer needs are met.
This position requires a person with communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversees daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Overview, plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs, ensuring smooth and efficient operational procedures enabling Sofive Soccer Centers to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensures that all employees comply with company policies and procedures.
- Monitors inventory levels, restocking supplies when necessary.
- Encourages teamwork and provides guidance and support to staff.
- Coordinates with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Implements and maintains safety procedures for staff and customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
