Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing a seamless experience.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, offering valuable information about the hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and efficient operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection.
- Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle billing processes and process payments.
- Maintain and update guest records and databases.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss guest feedback, hotel policies, and service improvements.
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy front desk area.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Strong organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Opera is highly desirable.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
