Qualifications
- Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader within luxury hospitality environments
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of driving performance, business growth and market positioning
- Experience leading complex, high‑volume operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Naturally inspiring leader with exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- High level of emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for luxury service culture and talent development
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, legal compliance and brand standards
- Experience within international hotel brands, ideally within the Accor portfolio and UK market
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
