Our Michelin Starred Restaurant, Wild Honey St James, is calling for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to take our dining experience to new heights. If you’re a hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury settings, exceptional leadership skills, and a flair for creating unforgettable guest experiences, we would love for you to join our team.

Together, We Will:

  • Champion excellence in every part of the guest experience – from the first greeting to the final farewell
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, warmth, and professionalism
  • Lead and support the restaurant team, with a focus on development, performance, and guest engagement
  • Uphold and enforce Forbes and LQA service standards across all restaurant operations
  • Ensure all operational standards, SOPs, and brand values are upheld and continuously improved
  • Oversee the physical atmosphere of the restaurant, ensuring that the environment is always welcoming, clean, and visually aligned with the brand’s identity
  • Oversee the reservation system, ensuring efficient guest flow, optimal table usage, and smooth coordination between front‑of‑house and kitchen staff
  • Actively participate in hotel leadership meetings, contributing insights and energy to our shared goals
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging food and beverage concepts, and customer preferences to keep the restaurant innovative and competitive

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in a luxury or high‑end dining environment
  • Michelin Starred experience preferred
  • High emotional intelligence and a grounded humility that supports strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • A hands‑on approach and the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Deep understanding of guest experience and how to elevate it at every touchpoint
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments
