The Role
Sofitel London Heathrow is seeking a commercially astute General Manager to lead all aspects of the hotel operation. Reporting to the Managing Director for Arora Hotels, this high-profile leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional financial performance, driving sales and leading a high-performing team with a passion for luxury hospitality and service excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader within luxury hotels
- Track record of delivering business growth and achievement through a strong commercial approach
- Natural leader who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, legal and brand compliance standards
- Experience within international hotel brands, ideally within the Accor portfolio and UK market
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
