  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support full stock takes, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Reconcile physical stock with WMS records and maintain accurate batch, lot and date control.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound stock transactions, ensuring accurate booking-in and correct location allocation.
  • Oversee internal stock transfers, system adjustments and quarantine, damaged and returned stock processes.
  • Produce regular stock accuracy and variance reports, ensuring all adjustments are authorised and documented.
  • Analyse stock variance trends, identify root causes and work with warehouse teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure pick faces are correctly stocked and replenished, supporting planning teams with accurate stock availability information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support audit requirements., Join our team as a Stock Control Administrator, ensuring accurate inventory management and stock integrity to support efficient warehouse operations and customer service levels. Shift pattern will be 3on 4off with rotating Sundays
    We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Control Administrators to work across our SDC and Scunthorpe sites, collaborating with warehouse, planning and finance teams. You will conduct cycle counts, investigate stock discrepancies, reconcile physical stock with our WMS and SAP systems, and produce variance reports to drive accuracy and support continuous improvement., Previous experience in a stock control or inventory management role within a warehouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS and SAP systems, with good IT skills including spreadsheets and databases.
  • Analytical and numerical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Organised, proactive and accountable with a right-first-time approach.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and communicate effectively at all levels.
