A Key Role at the Heart of Our Manufacturing Excellence

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will:

  • Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment
  • Ensure all machinery operates efficiently, safely, and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime and improve line efficiency
  • Uphold best practices in health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Contribute to lean maintenance practices, including TPM and CI tools

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential frontline reactive maintenance services to our site, swiftly identifying and addressing root causes to restore equipment to full operational status. You will also proactively seek and implement cost-effective improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of site assets and equipment. This site processes pork products, primarily sausages. Normal daily working hours:

  • 4 days on 0700-1900
  • 4 rest days
  • 4 nights on 1900-0700
