Lead People & Culture. Champion Engagement. Support Operational Success. Shape & Deliver Plans: Guide the HR agenda across four sites as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with operational goals.

Foster Engagement: Be highly visible across all locations, actively connecting with teams to build trust and encourage participation.

Operational Support: Utilise expertise in workforce planning to ensure the business has the right capabilities to deliver across the region.

Employee Relations: Manage trade union relationships and handle complex ER cases to support a stable and productive work environment.

Commercial Awareness: Act as a commercially aware leader, aligning the people plan directly to business performance.
