Our new Engineering Shift Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of engineering and maintenance activities across the South Quay site. Working as the link between Engineering and Operations, you will provide effective engineering leadership, ensuring maintenance priorities are delivered while supporting food safety, people safety, site standards and continuous improvement. You will also act as a trusted engineering advisor to site leadership, using data and management information to identify priorities, improve performance and deliver value for money. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced engineering professional who can manage people, budgets and priorities while building strong relationships across a busy FMCG environment.
