Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and capable Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from day one. This role is ideal for an experienced Business Analyst who is ready to step into project management, or an early-career Project Manager who is looking to further develop their skills.
You will be responsible for managing projects independently, from planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, gathering requirements, identifying risks, and driving progress to achieve project goals.
This role is based in Malton, North Yorkshire and does not offer hybrid working.
The Ideal Candidate
- 1-2 years' experience as a Project Manager, or experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrable project delivery exposure.
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently, balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, able to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
