The HR Advisor will be responsible for delivering a balance of operational excellence and strategic support, including:

  • Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers across the corporate group
  • Support HR Business Partners with organisational change, talent initiatives, and engagement activity
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop credibility at a senior level
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements to performance and retention
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues
  • Guide managers on employment law and internal policies to ensure compliance and reduce risk
  • Deliver accurate and efficient HR administration across the employee lifecycle
  • Support onboarding, contract management, and continuous improvement of HR processes

Our new HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting the corporate group, combining hands-on HR operations with impactful advisory work and exposure to strategic initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders and HR Business Partners, you will deliver commercially focused HR solutions, support organisational initiatives, and contribute to a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
